   Release 13 will be distrubuted after 1.1.2009.
   The upgrade cost for v13 is 500 USD for first copy, 250 USD for other copies.

   The first setup must be done from v13 CD. After CD installation, internet updates can be used.
   Sta4CAD v13 uses Hardlock keys only, old keys must be returned to Sta Computer Cons. to be replaced
with hardlock keys.
   Hardlock key cost is 70 USD. If you need to renew the key, update cost will be 570 USD.

Main differences between v12 and v13:

1- The analysis speed is 5 times faster.
2- The brick walls and the door/window openings can be defined. The wall height is automatically controlled 
   by the software, the load definitions are very sensitive. There will be nearly %10 less cost because of
   load corrections. The wall loads/openings can be copied to other members very easily.
3- Sequential construction case analyse is vitally important in design of high structures.
4- Time History earthquake analysis
5- Infill brick wall interaction.
