In what condition does Sta4CAD perceives polygonal columns as shear walls? If the polygonal column is longer than 149 cm in plan, Sta4CAD treads it as a shear wall. This doesn't effect the static results but it will change the design.

Why don't the slab bars pass through to neighbour slabs? The slab continuity must be defined frim the data input window.

How can I delete/add a story in Sta4CAD? It can be done from "Sta4 Building input data > Building story data" menu.

Why does Sta4CAD stops after the analysis, when designing the members? In some members, the static results can be very high due to moddeling errors. This causes errors in design. Open the thickest bar to allow the design.

Which version of Windows OS is needed to run Sta4CAD? STA4-CAD is designed to run only in Windows XP. However, the Windows 2000 OS may run Sta4CAD. The demo version can be used to determine if it runs or not in a computer.

When the beam names be entered same? The static results won't change according to beam name. The name will only effect the section design and drawings. If the moment diagram continues in the beams, they can have tha same name and designed as one beam. This means that these beams are main beams and the beams connected to them are secondary beams.
