Dome example.
Dome type slabs are introduced in this example. When defining domes, it is necessary to define carrier beams under the domes as in the example. The beams carry the reaction of domes to the structure.

Retrofitting project example.
This is a retrofitting project example applied to a school building. The residental buildings must satisfy Life Safety performance level for the quake with 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years. For school buildings, the structure must satisfy Immediate Occupancy performance level for the quake mentioned, and it also must satisfy Life Safety performance level for the quake with 2% probability of exceedance in 50 years. So two seperate analysis must be done and the quake factor must be adjusted from General Building Data section. Also using "Building dead load sequential construction" option will obtain better results.

Dome/Vault/Cone example.
Dome, vaults and cones exist in the same example. The corners of the slabs' that will be converted to dome must be placed on a circle. Note that only the vertical loads are applied to structure, if the horizontal loads are important (ex: in flat vaults), additional hand-check must be applied.
